All advertising runs for one year from posting and purchase. No cancellations are accepted upon posting. All orders are subject to WACVB's acceptance. WACVB reserves the right to reject or cancel for any reason and the advertisers agrees to hold WACVB and its agent harmless from and against any loss or expense resulting from claims or suits based upon posted advertising content. WACVB shall not be liable for any damages if for any reason it fails to temporarily post an advertisement, including if the Web site temporarily malfunctions.
